At The Soul Grain, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return policy once orders are shipped.

Cancellations or Returns

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
We do not accept returns for any products unless a defective or incorrect unit has been delivered.

If you believe you’ve received a different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at thesoulgrain@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly.

Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can assist you appropriately.

Feedback & Concerns

Since our products are perishable once opened, we are unable to accept returns. However, your experience matters to us.
